All paid plans are an annual subscription based on how many annual participants you have in your programs. If you subscribe your participants do not pay an activation fee. If you need to add additional users you can make a one-time payment to add more or change your subscription anytime.

The Multi-Site plans within our Ultimate Packages allows all Camp Administrators at each site or those within larger single site camps to have their own accounts.
If purchasing a Premium or Ultimate plan, please allow up to 3 business days after payment for premium features to be activated. We will contact you via email when your account is fully set up along with a discount code for our CampHQ premium camp resources that come with those packages.
All subscription packages are annual and will auto-renew each year on the purchase date. Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime within your account.
