The Camp Source App is a streamlined, automated, easy to use platform that you can set up, test, and use all on your own. There
are no sales calls, contracts, or long onboarding sessions to implement the system. Why? Because it’s that simple to use and we
understand your time is valuable. Use the platform when you need it to add another tool to your camp management tool box. Run
it alongside any registration platform to easily get your participants from registration to the App when your program starts.
1. Sign up for an account. Signing up for your initial account is FREE and there is no commitment. Creating an account will give you full access to the Camp Source App System. Click the Sign Up button on the top right menu to get started.
2. When you create your account and login for the first time, you will be prompted with options for different subscription plans. Choose the option in the drop down menu labeled “Free Package / $0 / Year”.
3. Camp Administrators can always use the Camp Source App for Free. Choosing the package above will keep it free for you and charge your parents a one time activation fee on their first login to unlock the App. However, when you add yourself to the App, the system will recognize you are an administrator and you will not be prompted with the activation fee.
4. Once you have done this you will now have access to both sides of the App and can test and demo it by posting to your dashboard and then seeing how it comes through on the mobile side.
5. When logged in to your Camp Administrator Dashboard, click the blue Demo button on the top to view a step by step walkthrough to set this up and start testing the app today to see if it is right for you and your camps! You will also see Get Started buttons throughout your dashboard to walk you through how to use each section. To further assist you, we have a very thorough Support page on the menu above that includes detailed user guides and tutorials to help you along.
6. When you are finished testing the system and ready to move forward you can keep the free package and start using the App anytime. If you would prefer an annual subscription to keep it free for parents you can upgrade your package anytime in the Subscription menu item on your dashboard.
